On the Discussion Guide Excel template, you will see an estimated duration of the conversation.
This time uses the following time frames for the estimate:
- All image placeholders or video links: Estimate assumes 15 seconds per image placeholder and 2 minutes per video. Currently, you are unable to override this.
- Asks and Polls: Estimate will take into account the number of minutes and seconds that you set for each Ask and Poll.
- Speaks: Estimate takes into account the number of words in each Speak and assumes a 200 words per minute (WPM) reading rate. The average time is 15 seconds.
