When creating a Conversation, you will see two options for Purpose of Conversation: Billable and Non-Billable. Learn what these mean and how to choose the appropriate selection for your project.
Billable conversation should be selected when you are utilizing the platform for research and you intend to analyze your findings. Billable conversations indicate that you will be billed for the conversation and help our Customer Success team follow up and provide assistance when needed.
A Non-Billable conversation can be used to demo, practice or test the Remesh platform. There is not a limit to the number of Non-Billable conversations you can create. Non-Billable conversations have a maximum of 25 participants.
