Your discussion guide is on the left-hand side of the page. Hover over any item in the Guide, then click Send to send it to your audience. Once an item has been sent, it will turn gray and have a completed checkmark icon on it. You can ask questions out of order or skip them entirely.
To edit an item in the Discussion Guide:
- Hover over the item you want to edit
- Click the pencil icon
- A modal will pop up allowing you to edit the item and then click Save
- The Guide should now be updated to reflect the edits that you made
To duplicate an item in the discussion guide:
- Hover over the item immediately before where you want the new item to go
- Click the Duplicate
- The highlighted question will be duplicated below
To add an item between two items in the Discussion Guide:
- Hover over the item immediately before where you want the new item to go
- Click the Add after # icon
- A modal will pop up allowing you to create your new item and then click Save
- The Guide should now be updated to reflect the new item you added
To move an item in the discussion guide:
- Hover over the item immediately before where you want the new item to go
- Click the Move to another section
- Drag and drop the highlighted question to your preferred spot
- The guide should now be updated to reflect the new item you added
To skip an item in the Discussion Guide:
- Hover over the item you want to skip
- Click the skip for later icon in the upper right corner of the item
- This item will be moved to the bottom section of your Discussion Guide and will no longer appear in the main body of the Guide
Poll questions have a built-in prompt asking if you would like to Branch.
To Branch from a Poll question in the Discussion Guide:
- Hover over the Poll question (single or multi-select polls are eligible for Branch)
- Click the Branch from Poll #
- A modal will pop up allowing you to create your new item and then click Save
- The Guide should now be updated to reflect the new item you added
